On Hold patterns have sold and are not available.
If the pattern you want is out of stock, or you are looking for a particular pattern, please contact us. We maintain a list of patterns and people who are interested in them. While we can't guarantee anything, we receive patterns 2 to 3 times a week, and will contact you if we receive the one you are interested in. We will contact you before we list it, and you are under no obligation to purchase it - if we don't hear back from you within a given time frame, we will list it.
We accept PayPal and welcome personal checks as well. We ship within 24 hours of payment, but do wait for checks to clear.
We obtain our patterns from a variety of sources. We check each pattern carefully and note any defects. Uncut, factory folded patterns are listed as New; Cut patterns as used. We DO NOT LIST cut patterns that have been altered in any way, except for length, and only if the extensions are included. If we deviate from that policy (for example, with a vintage pattern), we will indicate if the extensions are included or not. Out of print and vintage sewing patterns are pre-owned. Consequently, many of the paper envelopes will show age and wear such as age discoloration, tears, tattering, price stickers, soiling, wrinkles, store stamps, water marks. There may be tape or tape residue, writing and marking, and back flaps may be missing. Please view all images as they are considered part of the description and if you have any questions, please contact me.
Due to to delays with customs, we are no longer shipping to England or Australia. Delays caused by customs and international shipping in general, are beyond our control but have resulted in unhappy customers and bad feedback, even though we ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We are sorry we have had to take this action, as we have always appreciated our international customers. But we are a small company and cannot to have our reputation tarnished because of international shipping delays that are beyond our control. We thank our international customers for their business, and again, we apologize. This was not an easy decision.
We stand behind our patterns and check carefully to make sure they are as we describe. But we are not perfect and every now and then something gets by us. If this pattern is not as described, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org We also realize that our customers are human and make mistakes. If you have ordered a pattern in the wrong size, please contact us. You may return it in the same condition it was issued, however, in those cases, we ask that you take responsibility for return shipping.
Some of our listings will indicate that a multi size pattern has been cut for a certain size; Unless noted, the cut size and all sizes lower than that size are available on the pattern.
